Santa Fe Opera’s 2023 Opening Weekend festivities kicked off on this Friday evening with a black tie Gala dinner and the opening performance of Tosca. Brenda and I are big supporters, and love attending their big gala celebrations. Afterwards we walked up to the beautiful semi outdoor opera house. The theater is spectacular with the back of the stage open to see the local mountains in the distance. The opening performance was Tosca. A very dramatic performance for dramatic times. Stay tuned, tomorrow night we have more celebrations to attend.
