Yesterday we paid a visit to the small village of Miraflores, about 30 minutes from where we are staying. There they have many furniture maker artisans. The rustic furniture makers produce amazing concepts as each wooden furniture is distinguished by being unique and different from others. They are designed and manufactured based on the shape of the tree, and in which only fallen trees of the surroundings are used.
The local hardwoods have a beautiful long lasting finish added and become highly polished. Many of these tables are used by restaurants and they leave them outdoors all year round, they are that tough. The best part is these very beautiful tables are only about the quarter of the cost of similar tables back in the US.
