Brenda and I hope everyone had a marvelous Christmas. Ours was very low key and relaxing with swims on the beach.
A few days ago we drove about 25 minutes south of here to see a brand new resort being built by the Four Seasons resort development group. This luxury resort takes advantage of the wonderful proximity to the ocean, water sports, and fantastic weather that is pretty consistent throughout the year. At only $3,000 per night per room during high season, it really speaks of the uber wealthy luxury amenities nearby to us.
Oh and by the way, if you are interested, they are also selling marina land plots for a mere $17 million dollars per plot! The house construction comes extra but the golfing and the sports club is free.
