Storms hung over Sorrento this morning as two cruise ships came to port. One of them happened to be our old friend the Windsurf. As the hard rain and strong winds whipped up the waves we couldn’t help worry about those passengers (like we were several days ago) boarding their tenders for a tour of Pompeii in the heavy rain.
We decide after breakfast that this was a day to hunker down in our beautiful room and catch up on emails, some work and a FaceTime call with my friend Jack. Sometimes when traveling it feels wonderful to have a low key day.
