As we wind our way up the coast of California we are stopping to see our friend Mary Jones. She is the same friend who lives in Santa Fe where we first stopped after selling the house. She has owned this Malibu beach house for more than 30 years.
To say the house is gorgeous is an understatement. Perched on a small beach over the Pacific Ocean, the sound of the waves lull you into a relaxed state. The rhythm of the waves reminds you of the aliveness of the planet and feels like the loving embrace of Mother Earth.
