Yesterday we boarded the Emerald Cruise ship Sakara. It is a sleek 100 passenger luxury ship build just last year. Our destinations are several islands in the Caribbean. Because of its small size it can dock in ports that the larger cruise ships can’t. As we sailed past the old fort in San Juan and the sun set in the distance, our hearts were alight with anticipation of a fabulous cruise.
