There is a wonderful exhibition of the works of the French Impressionist painters here in Brisbane. As opposed to showing the actual paintings, their famous works have been created in beautiful multiscreen displays.
We went to the exhibition by ferry which at that time of day was free for us seniors! At the exhibition we were greeted by a small make believe Parisien street scene. Inside the exhibition we were completely blown away. It was so beautiful and awe inspiring.
The topper was walking through a recreation of a Monet painting and having our photo taken and a chocolate croissant. Viva La Brisbane!
