During one of our many walks we strolled along the river and came upon the West End Market. It has dozens and dozens of stalls of every shape and color selling all things imaginable. It is huge. We strolled among the booths and saw the most delicious fruits and vegetables, vendors selling prepared foods from all nationalities, and a variety of street entertainers. The loveliest thing was to watch all the children running about and families enjoying their Saturday morning.
We bought croissants, chocolate for Brenda and plain for me and settled down to hear the music. Sipping my Flat White coffee and Brenda her Chai Late, we had to agree this was a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning. We will be back with lots of shopping bags next time.
