During our morning walks we often cross the pedestrian bridge over to City Park. This park was once known as the Botanical Gardens. The old growth rain forest trees are a sight for the eyes as you look far off across the meadows and walkways.
Once in a while it’s wonderful to stop and look down. There you will see coots and lizards living their lives undisturbed in intricate ecosystems. And the variety of plants is a veritable feast for the eyes with their texture and color. Whether you look far off or up close, Brisbane offers many satisfying natural experiences.
