After two days of great weather, the rains came back to Sydney. Unlike what we experience in Santa Fe, it rained hard for several hours.
In the evening we had tickets to see the outdoor production of the Phantom of the Opera. Located on the water, the stage floats with seating climbing up the side of a hill. The weather cleared in time for the production to begin. We enjoyed a rousing performance with the Sydney Opera House and Bridge as backdrop. Despite several rain showers the cast and audience braved the elements for a rousing ending including fireworks.
