Happy Chinese New Year! We start off the year by making an offer to purchase a vacation home in La Paz, Mexico on the southern Baja coast. During our stay in the beautiful city we fell in love with the location and the people. The city is safe, with excellent restaurants and world class tropical swimming and snorkling beaches nearby.
Housing prices are so reasonable that La Paz has over 30,000 US/Canadian expats living there part time. We will be joining them by purchasing a two bedroom home on a third of an acre just outside of the old city. The home is on a hill with views of the city and the ocean. Brenda and I hope in the future you will come for a winter visit with us to sunny and warm Baja.
We just learned today that the transaction will close in June. Things take longer here. We look forward to another new adventure!
