Last night we took an evening walk down to the Spa Buena Vista to enjoy a Happy Hour marguerita. Much to our delight we discovered they were having Taco Tuesday night. Every Tuesday the chief prepares special taco recipes. For only $2.50 each, you can have a beautifully prepared taco. The serving staff prepares each one with loving care and attention to detail. The manager Susette and her staff does a wonderful job making sure everyone is happy. The food was so good, I must confess I had 5 tacos.
