Yesterday we had a very high tide, more than 4 feet. It got me to thinking how a rising tide is relentless and if big enough, can swallow things in its path. From my vantage point far away from the centers of power in the world, I can see the waters of social change rising on a tide of Covid and Politcal upheaval. It is relentless and it’s coming.
