In these parts of England the mountains and rains combine produce a prodigious amount of waterfalls. This is why there are so many lakes and streams and why they call it the Lake District. It’s incredible when you see the beautiful trails zigzagging to and fro cross the landscape. Plus many of these waterways have incredibly beautiful stone bridges crossing them. I have to wonder how the heck did they build those hundreds of years ago? Here are some photos from Aira Force falls.
