New Mexico is a very gun friendly state. You are allowed to wear your gun on a holster or concealed in public. Or you can even brandish your favorite AR15 semi automatic weapon in public to the support of the 2nd amendment, the right to bear arms. So when I went to visit Brenda in the hospital it surprised me to see the signs above. It’s not a sign you are likely to see anywhere else on the planet. Of course my Australian friend asked why would anyone bring a gun to a hospital? Good point unless you wanted to even the score with some doctor or nurse. And then in that case the sign would be meaningless.
