The Queensland Performing Arts Center (CPAC) is featuring the wonderful Musical “Moulin Rouge”. After we saw the French film by Jean Renoir about the Moulin Rouge we were inspired to see this show. It did not disappoint. The sets were spectacular. The costumes sexy and alluring. The lighting was dramatic and perfectly coordinated to maximize the mood. And the musical incorporated more than 60 contemporary hit songs sung by the wonderful performers. If you haven’t seen it be prepared to be entertained with smiles and tears. Plus it is a great date night experience! Ooh la la!
