It’s been an interesting day. Clive suggested that both Brenda and I get our Australian drivers licenses. Do we go to the DMV, Post Office, City Hall? Actually we went to the Police Station. Inside a lovely lady helped us fill out the paperwork. She verified our identites, signs off on the forms and takes our photos. In a few days we will have our new Australian drivers licenses!
later in the day we visited a local rain forest park and large lake. The Warings then took us to a fabulous blow out sea food dinner. We feel so special here and welcomed into Australian society.
