Saturday is day six of our confinement. We are grateful for the nice accomodations but impatience is now setting in over feeling ill. This is a good thing of course since we know that we have survivd the dreaded Covid. In celebration we decided to get dressed up for dinner and order Uber Eats with a bottle of wine. On the menu was Rocket Salad with Barramundi and Salmon. A romantic dinner for two that was far superior to the soup, toast and tea from days past.
