Sometimes when you’re on the road traveling you just want a simple home cooked meal. The first night in our Los Barriles condo we made grilled cheese and ham sandwiches. Tonight I made a pizza from scratch.
Of course shopping for the right ingredients in a foreign language is a bit unusual. In Spanish the word for tomato sauce is salsa, flour is harina and yeast is levandura. Despite it all, the end result still tasted pretty good.
